Computer Consulting Pricing and Payment Information
(effective May 1, 2010)
Remote support charges accrue at half-hour increments.
On-site services are charged at a 1-hour minimum, and 1-hour increments.
Tier 1 and 2 response hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm ET.
Tier 3 charges accrue for any work performed after regular business hours.
Tier 1 Services: $65 per hour
Tier 2 Services: $75 per hour
Tier 3 Services: $125 per hour

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel or Outlook) Training
• Digital Photography Training
• Photograph Conversion, Repair or Enhancement
• Notebook or Desktop Computer "Tune-Up"
(Spyware Removal, Defragmentation, Disabling Unnecessary Services)
• Basic New Notebook or Desktop Computer Set-Up
• Wireless Network Security Configuration
Tier 2 Service Examples
• Home or Business Network (Wireless or Ethernet) Installation or Troubleshooting
• Microsoft Access and SQL Server Database Creation and Administration
• Assistance with Internet Provider (Cable, DSL, T1, Satellite or Dial-Up) Issues
• Vonage or Other VoIP Installation
• Microsoft SQL, Exchange and Windows Server Installation and Migration
• Backup Solutions and Disaster Recovery Assistance
Tier 3 Service Examples
• After Hours and Same Day Emergency 4-Hour Response
• Server Hardware Upgrades or Network Maintenance on Sunday

In some situations, travel time will be assessed at Tier 1 pricing.
Notice of charges for travel time will be provided to you in advance.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will result in a one hour service charge.
Payment Information
Terms: Payment is due when services are rendered.
Cash or personal checks accepted. $40 fee for returned checks.
